MMSPML 2027 serves as a top interdisciplinary platform for presenting cutting-edge progress and research outcomes covering mathematical modeling, signal processing and machine learning. This conference gathers distinguished academic scientists, researchers and scholars worldwide who specialize in related fields.

Four registration categories are available for participants:

Author (Full Paper Submission):Present your research through an oral presentation. Your accepted paper will be included in the official conference proceedings.

Oral Presenter (abstract submission): Deliver an oral presentation at the conference. No full paper submission or publication is required.

Poster Presenter (abstract submission): Present your research via a poster presentation. No formal oral presentation is required, and the paper will not be published in the proceedings.

Listener (Non-Presenter Attendance): Attend the full conference as a non-presenting participant. No presentation arrangement or paper publication is included.

Important Notice:

1. A standard regular registration covers up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables and references. Additional pages will incur extra page charges.

2. Abstract-only registration is valid for presentation only. The abstract will not be published in the proceedings.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees cover conference proceedings, daily lunches, conference souvenirs and access to all technical sessions.

2. Items not included in the registration fee:
   • Accommodation costs
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation expenses

3. At least one author of each accepted full paper must complete pre-registration.

4. After the article is submitted, the organizing committee will confirm it within 2 to 5 working days after receiving your payment.

5. If you are unable to attend the conference, we will mail the printed proceedings together with your payment receipt (Fapiao) to your address.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

▷ If a registered participant cannot attend the conference, we recommend assigning a substitute presenter, who must be a co-author or colleague from the same institution.
▷ Cancellations made 60 days or more before the conference: 60% registration fee refund.
▷ Cancellations made 31–59 days before the conference: 40% registration fee refund.
▷ Cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference: No refund available.
▷ All bank transaction fees generated during the refund process shall be borne solely by the participant.

Personal Reasons

No refunds or compensations will be granted for non-attendance caused by personal reasons, including but not limited to travel obstacles, visa application failure, poor health conditions and financial constraints.

Force Majeure

The organizing committee shall not be liable for refunds or compensation if the conference is disrupted, delayed or suspended due to force majeure events.
Force majeure refers to unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, explosion, severe weather disasters, burglary, vandalism, riots, civil unrest, labor strikes, natural/nuclear disasters, war, war threats, terrorist attacks, public health epidemics and other uncontrollable incidents.

Statement on Conference Date and Venue

The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the conference date and venue when affected by force majeure events. All registered participants shall accept such adjustments and abide by the corresponding refund rules.
